🌿 Today, I’d like to introduce you to a charming little café called "Episode Cafe at Suratthani" recently opened along the Tapi River on Charoen Wetch Road, Punpin District, Surat Thani. This minimalist-style café is perfect for those who appreciate simplicity and a relaxing riverside atmosphere.
Upon arrival, the first thing you’ll notice is the laid-back, breezy vibe with a stunning view of the Tapi River. Across the river, you can see the quaint houses of locals, adding a peaceful, natural touch to the setting.🍃
Today, I decided to try two of their popular dishes: the Dutch Baby Pancake, which comes in both sweet and savory options. The sweet version features crispy edges with strawberries, dusted with powdered sugar and cookie crumbs – a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The savory Dutch Baby Pancake, on the other hand, is topped with smoked salmon, sunflower sprouts, and balsamic sauce, making it not only delicious but also healthy.🥗
🕖 Episode Café is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (closed on Tuesdays). You can reach the café either by boat from Tha Kham Market or by car, with plenty of convenient parking available.
